When your equipment stops, the samples pile up
Samples don't wait. In a clinical setting, diagnoses need to be made. In research, timelines are tight. In quality control, final releases depend on your data. When your analyzer goes down, it doesn't just cost you time - it costs real money.
With many other lab instruments, it takes days for someone to show up. Support teams don't understand your specific application. Spare parts have to be backordered. Reagents are out of stock. Every hour of downtime adds up.
You need a system that just works. And if it doesn't, you need a partner who won't leave you hanging. Someone who understands the problem before you even finish explaining it. Someone who can solve most issues right over the phone and get on-site fast when it counts.
Reliability isn't just a marketing buzzword. It’s the difference between a productive lab and a massive backlog.
Why labs have trusted us for over 25 years
We don’t just sell equipment; we partner with you through every stage of your instrument’s lifecycle. We provide robust, time-tested systems and personalized support that’s there exactly when you need it - backed by over 25 years of expertise in amino acid analysis.

What You Should Know About Amino Acid Analysis
From technical basics to practical questions about service and support—find answers to the most important questions about working with the Biochrom B30Plus.
Post-column derivatization is a classic, time-tested method for amino acid analysis. The amino acids are made visible with ninhydrin only after chromatographic separation. This makes the process robust and far less susceptible to interference than newer methods. We have further developed this technology to eliminate known weaknesses - giving you the reliability of a classic procedure combined with the precision of modern systems.
The device is used in pharmaceutical analysis, clinical diagnostics, food and feed analysis, and research. It is ideal anywhere precise concentration determination of amino acids in biological samples, food, or pharmaceutical products is required. The system is IVDR-certified, meeting the highest standards for medical diagnostics.
You call us. In most cases, we can resolve the issue directly over the phone. If an on-site visit is necessary, we act fast with response times under 24 hours and on-site service within 72 hours. We keep spare parts and reagents in stock to avoid long wait times whenever possible
Yes, but the learning curve is short. The Biochrom B30Plus is designed to keep onboarding manageable. We train your team during installation and offer regular practical seminars for deeper insights. Since the system is largely automated, your staff can focus on sample preparation and data evaluation rather than wrestling with complex device settings.
The complete package includes the device, installation, initial training, and ongoing support. Reagents, accessories, and spare parts can be ordered from us as needed - we keep all essential components in stock. Maintenance contracts can be tailored to your needs. During a consultation, we can provide a realistic breakdown of the ongoing costs based on your specific sample throughput.
